Boyd In-Tank Pump Assembly w Aeromotive 340 Pump

In the tank. Quiet. Cool. Done properly. An external pump hung off a frame rail is the loudest thing on a finished truck and the first to cavitate when the level drops. Putting the pump inside the tank fixes both; the fuel does the cooling and the noise stays where it belongs. This is Boyd's own hanger assembly built around an Aeromotive Stealth 340. The plate matches the Boyd twelve bolt pattern; the outlet is a -6 ORB female port; under-ring; gasket and mounting hardware come with it. The bracket is not adjustable and that is on purpose. Boyd builds each one to the tank depth you select and sets it slightly short so material thickness and inside dimensions do not push the pickup into the floor of the tank. Measure first and pick your tank from the list. If you are feeding a tank Boyd did not build; remember the plate has no return provision - your tank needs its own return fitting.

  • The pump lives in the fuel - in-tank mounting keeps it cool and takes the external pump whine out of the cab.
  • Built to your tank depth - Boyd assembles each hanger for the tank you select and sets it slightly short so the pickup clears the floor.
  • Aeromotive Stealth 340 inside - the pump most EFI swaps in these trucks are already specced around.
  • Twelve bolt Boyd pattern - drops straight into any Boyd Welding tank cut for the standard flange.
  • Sealed properly out of the box - under-ring; gasket and mounting hardware are all in the kit.
