Returns, Exchanges & EU Right of Withdrawal
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Fat Fender Garage. This page explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and the EU Right of Withdrawal work for your order.
1. How to Cancel or Withdraw Your Order
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may withdraw or cancel it in one of two ways:
A. Cancel through your customer account
If you created an account at checkout, log in and select “Cancel items” on your order page.
B. Submit a Withdrawal Request (for all customers, including guests)
If you do not have an account or prefer not to log in, you may submit a withdrawal request using our online form:
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we received your request.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14‑Day Rule)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by using either:

We will confirm your withdrawal by email.
3. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be unused, in original condition, and include all components.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to returned items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.
6. Final Sale / Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or cancelled:

Any custom-made or made‑to‑order items
These items are exempt under EU withdrawal rules because they are custom or made-to-specification.
7. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled until the moment they are fulfilled.
Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may still be eligible for return under the rules above.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
