Returns, Refunds, Withdraws & Warranty

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Fat Fender Garage. This page explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, exchanges, and warranty coverage work for your order.

EU Order Cancellation & Withdraw Instructions

A. Cancel Through Your Customer Account

If you created an account at checkout, log in and select “Cancel items” on your order page.

B. Submit a Withdrawal Request (EU Customers Only)

If you do not have an account or prefer not to log in, you may submit a withdrawal request using our online form:

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we received your request.

EU Right of Withdraw (14‑Day Rule)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us before the withdrawal period expires using either your customer account or the withdrawal form above.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, refunds are handled case‑by‑case with no guarantees.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

All refunds are subject to a 15–50% restocking fee, depending on the item’s condition.

Once submitted, our team will reach out with next steps. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected by Fat Fender Garage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You may choose one of the following:

  • Provide your own return shipping label
  • Request an FFG-provided label (cost deducted from refund)
  • Return the item in person at Fat Fender Garage during business hours

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • All custom and built‑to‑order parts
  • Third‑party vendor items such as fuel tanks and radiators

Universal parts may be returnable only if unused and unopened, with a 25–50% restocking fee (case‑by‑case).

Damages, Issues, Incorrect or Missing Parts

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

After 60 days, we cannot guarantee we can verify or fulfill correction requests.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part, the fastest route is:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Wait for approval
  3. Place a new order

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to avoid additional fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Warranty Policy

FFG Manufactured Products

All Fat Fender Garage manufactured parts include a 1‑year warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials or workmanship when used as intended.

Vendor & Dropship Products

Products manufactured by third‑party vendors follow the vendor’s warranty policy. Fat Fender Garage will assist in communication, but final decisions are made by the manufacturer.

Electrical Components

Electrical components are not eligible for warranty once they have been:

  • Plugged in
  • Installed
  • Powered on
  • Started
  • Removed from original packaging

This includes wiring harnesses, control packs, gauges, and all electrical accessories. No exceptions.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Improper installation
  • Use outside intended application
  • Damage caused by accidents or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Custom or altered components

Warranty claims are separate from returns and exchanges. All returns remain subject to our standard 30‑day policy.
