One hole. One fitting. Both sides connected. A bulkhead is the fitting that lets an air line cross a panel and stay a line. Push-to-connect on the cabin side; push-to-connect underneath; the panel itself clamped in the middle. No grommet; no chafe; no mystery leak at the floor pan two years later. This is the single piece - the same bulkhead that ships inside Accuair system kits. Buy it when one gets damaged during install; when a build gains a corner; or when the plan changed and the line now needs to come through somewhere else. Both ends take 3/8 inch DOT air line. It goes in the way every other PTC fitting on the system does: square cut; full insertion; done. Cheap enough to keep a spare on the bench.
