FFG Coyote Swap Motor Mount Kit | 1967-77.5 F250 High Boy

Divorced case. Factory steering box. Coyote power. A High Boy is a hard truck to swap. The frame sits where it sits; the steering box is in the way of every header you would want to run; and the divorced transfer case means the transmission has nowhere sensible to land. This kit solves all three. The engine sits in the factory location so the power steering box stays put. The transmission crossmember comes in the box; cut for either the modern F150 electronic transfer case or an Advance Adapter and Atlas setup. Minor frame relief on the passenger side clears the stock Coyote headers. Fat Fender Garage says that plainly rather than letting you find it on your back at midnight. Mounts; bushings; new assembly hardware; instructions and templates are all included. Some drilling into the original front crossmember is part of the job and usually takes under a few hours. It ships in raw steel. Paint it or powder coat it and put it under a truck that will not come apart again.

  • Factory engine location - the Coyote sits where Ford put the original engine so the power steering box keeps its space.
  • Crossmember included - the transmission crossmember comes with the kit; cut for the transfer case you actually run.
  • Two transfer case paths - OEM for the modern F150 electronic case; AAM for an Advance Adapter and Atlas.
  • Built for a divorced case truck - the High Boy layout is the whole reason this kit exists rather than a shared F250 part.
  • Templates and instructions - the drilling into the original front crossmember is laid out rather than guessed at.
  • Raw steel - finish it your way before it goes under a truck; the part you will never see again.

FFG is back with another Coyote Swap Engine Mount Kit made for 1967-1977.5 Ford F250 Highboys. This kit is designed to fit the 2011-2026+ Coyote and place it in your Ford truck using the factory suspension and steering box. The kit includes the transfer case cross-member for either the modern F150 electronic transfer case, or the Advance Adapter/Atlas setups.

OEM= Modern F150 Electronic transfer case
AAM adapter = Use with an Advance Adapter to run an Atlas transfer case

The engine is designed to sit in a factory location providing space for the power steering box. Due to the design of the power steering box location, headers can become an issue.  Minor frame relief is required on the passenger side to accommodate the stock Coyote headers.
