Power Plus 20 Wiring System
One panel. Direct feeds. No sub-harnesses to chase. Most universal wiring kits solve the fuse box and then hand you a pile of sub-harnesses with disconnects at every junction. Each disconnect is a connection; each connection is a future problem; and you will be under the dash with a test light looking for it in three years. The Power Plus 20 runs direct. Feeds go from the pre-wired factory style fuse box to the switches with nothing in between to come apart. Fewer joints; less work on install day; less to diagnose later. GM steering column and ignition connections are already terminated. Headlight and floor dimmer switches are in the box. Heavy gauge alternator and main power feed connections are sized for a real charging system; and every wire is GXL with the circuit printed on it. The panel measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inches and mounts under the dash on the left side. A dedicated 6-way accessory feed plug is there for the stereo; the fan relay and whatever else the build grows into. This is the economical way to wire a truck properly. Not the cheap way; the economical one.
