Aftermarket A/C Bulkhead made from Precision CNC Machined 6061/T6 Aluminum. The Bulkhead can be mounted vertically or horizontally. This product is available in three different finishes and comes with everything you need for a simple and easy install.
Slimline A/C Bulkhead
Four connections. One clean pass through the firewall. Custom A/C plumbing lives or dies at the firewall. Four lines through four holes; four grommets; four places for a leak to start and four chances to make the engine bay look like an afterthought. This bulkhead takes all of it in one piece. One #6 liquid line; one #10 suction line and two #10 heater lines land on precision O-ring connections front and back. The body is CNC machined from 6061/T6 aluminum and so are the threaded fittings. At 1 inch by 6-3/8 inch it mounts vertically or horizontally; you put it where the lines want to go rather than the other way around. Hand burnished finishing means every piece is slightly its own. That is the part you appreciate three years in; when the rest of the bay has settled and this still looks made rather than bought.
