FFG Cantilever Bed Floor Raise Kit

The bed floor lifts. Everything under it is on show. You spent real money on that rear end; the bags; the notch and the plumbing. Then you bolted a bed floor over the top of it and nobody ever saw any of it again. This kit raises the floor on a cantilever. Six inch actuators through a bell crank; which takes load off the actuators instead of asking them to do the whole lift on their own. That is why they last. FFG billet parts; micro adjusting rods so you can dial the floor dead level; and a Dakota Digital controller that mounts in the cab where you can reach it. Universal. It has gone into Ford and Chevy beds alike. Plan on fitting rather than bolting; there are no published bed dimensions on this one.

  • The build finally gets seen - the floor lifts and the rear end; the bags and the plumbing are all on show.
  • Bell crank geometry - it takes load off the actuators instead of asking them to lift the whole floor alone; that is what makes them last.
  • Micro adjusting rods - you can set the floor dead level instead of living with a corner that sits proud.

Install Level: Advanced - fabrication; bed floor fitting and 12 volt actuator wiring

The 6 inch actuator must be drilled to 3/8 inch to accept the 3/8 inch bolt supplied with the kit.
