Every one is built from scratch in the shop to the F1 cab dimensions and its original hardware mounting points. That distinction matters most on a truck this old; where seventy-five years of doors being adjusted means nothing is quite where a pattern says it should be. The substrate and padding are brand new. No warped core salvaged from a parts truck; no compromised structure hiding under fresh vinyl. Mounting hardware is fabricated in-house for the F1 door frame. The upholstery is precision-sewn and hand-wrapped for consistent tension across the panel. Pull a door open on a finished F1 and that tension is the first thing your eye reads; even if you could not name it. Complete installation hardware is stated as included.
