Nineteen gauge. Correct holes. Half a firewall at a time. A firewall is the one panel you cannot fudge. Every pedal; every bracket; every pass-through references it. Once the lower corners rust out around the cowl the whole front of the cab loses its reference. This is the passenger half - stamped from heavy gauge steel the way the factory did it; with the original shapes and bends and the original holes already in place. Replacing half at a time is the reason this panel exists. Keep the good side as your datum; cut the rotten side out; butt weld to the seam and the cab never loses its geometry. It ships EDP coated. That coating is what keeps a bare stamping honest through a two to four week lead time and a winter in the shop before it goes in.

19 ga. steel; EDP coated.
Correct as original shapes; bends and holes.
Welded installation. This is not a bolt-in part.
