Dual Tank Harness Add-On Kit | Ford Truck (1973-79)

Two tanks. One missing harness. A 1973-79 Ford with dual tanks has a selector valve; two sending units and two pumps that a single tank harness does not account for. Wire it without this and you are splicing on the frame rail with the tanks on the floor. This add-on gives you every harness component needed to make the dual tank connections properly. It is built by American Autowire to plug into the 510342 Classic Update Kit it completes. Order it with the harness rather than after it. Finding out on install day that the tank leads end short is the kind of afternoon nobody plans for.

  • The connections the main kit leaves out - selector valve; both senders and both pumps are covered.
  • Built by the same hands - it plugs into the 510342 kit instead of fighting it.
  • No frame rail splices - proper terminated leads instead of butt connectors under the bed.
  • Correct gauge readings - both sending units wired the way the selector expects them.
