Dual Fan Spal Brushless Fan Wiring Kit

Two fans. One sensor. No guesswork. Brushless fans do not want a relay slapped on a toggle switch. They want a signal that tells them how hard to work; and most swap wiring never gives them one. This kit does. A temperature sensor reads 175 F at the low end and 195 F at the top. At 175 the fans idle; as coolant climbs the fans climb with it; and at 195 they are pulling their full rated CFM. You get the sensor; the sensor harness and two fan pigtails. That is every connection between the coolant and the fans handled with the right connector on the right end. Add a maxi fuse holder sized to your fans and the cooling side of the build is done. The fans think about the rest.

  • Variable speed; not on and off - the fans ramp with coolant temperature instead of slamming on at a switch point and dragging the alternator with them.
  • Both fans handled - two pigtail harnesses so the second fan is not an afterthought spliced in later.
  • Right connectors on both ends - the sensor harness and pigtails are made for these fans; no butt splices in the hot part of the engine bay.
  • Sized fusing published - 40 amp for 300W fans and 50 amp for 500W fans; the listing tells you what to buy.
  • Quieter at cruise - a fan at minimum speed at 175 F is a fan you stop hearing over the exhaust.

Install Level: Moderate

Temperature sensor range: 175 F to 195 F; variable speed across that range.
