1948-52 Ford F-1 Coyote Swap Radiator - High Performance Fans
Two rows of 1.25 inch tubes. Dual Spal fans. TIG welded by hand. A Coyote makes heat the old F-1 core was never asked to carry. A stock style replacement looks right in the truck and then creeps past 210 in traffic on the first warm evening; and once it climbs you stop enjoying the drive and start watching the gauge. This one is built for the swap. All aluminum; two rows of 1.25 inch tubes; a non integrated shroud carrying dual Spal high performance fans. Seasoned welders and fabricators build them one at a time. Every radiator we ship gets the polished dome style 16lb billet cap. A small thing; you see it every time the hood comes up. Wiring is not in the box. Add the dual fan Spal high performance wiring kit on the same order and you will not be chasing relays the night before the first drive.

Ports: Our radiators come with either two ports or no ports. You can use a radiator with or without ports in any transmission. However, we recommend both radiators use a transmission cooling kit if they are being used in an automatic transmission.
Transmission Cooling Kit: We recommend a transmission cooling kit with all radiators if they are being used in an automatic transmission. Transmission cooling kits help automatic transmissions stay cooler, and keep the transmission temperature the same as the radiator temperature. Add one to your radiator purchase on this page.
