Gen 3 Coyote Control Pack for 2021-2023 10r80 Transmission

The 21MY 10R80 is a different transmission. It needs a different pack. This is the detail that catches people. Two 10R80s look identical on an engine stand; and the control strategy behind them is not the same. Use the 2018-2020 pack on a 21MY gearbox and you get an engine that runs and a transmission that never behaves. M-6017-M50BAA is the Ford Performance pack for a 2018-2023 Gen 3 Coyote automatic engine - M-6007-M50CAUTO included - paired to a 21MY through 2023MY 10R80 out of a Mustang GT. PCM calibrated for that pairing; a control pack harness replacing the stock body harness; OBD-II port for uploads and codes. The box holds the Mustang GT air box and inlet tube; MAF sensor; electronic throttle control pedal; power distribution module; upper and lower radiator hoses and HEGO sensors. Requirements worth writing down: return type fuel system; the black 21MY oil pressure sensor PN GN1Z-9D290-D if your engine is a 22MY or 23MY; and no F-150 engines. Competition and off-highway use only.

Requires a return type fuel system. The Ford Performance calibration will not work with a returnless system.
NOT for use with an 18-20MY 10R80 transmission; use M-6017-M50BA for those.
NOT for use with any F-150 engines.
Installing this PCM in a production Mustang GT results in a no-start condition.
When using a 22MY or 23MY engine change the oil pressure sensor to PN GN1Z-9D290-D; engine number GN1A-9D290-BB.
