Coupe-23 Wiring Kit

Twenty three circuits. Eighteen fuses. One box that does the thinking. Wiring is where good builds stall. Not because it is hard; because a bad plan makes every later job harder - and a harness built around somebody else's switches means you live with their choices for as long as you own the truck. The Coupe-23 puts the relays inside the Power Center. Your ignition; headlight and dimmer switches no longer have to be heavy duty; small clean switches can run the high current circuits for you. Twenty three fuse-protected circuits; eighteen fuses; 100 amps continuous; reverse battery protected and a dedicated 40 amp fan relay with a thermostatic input that speaks to every electric fan on the market. Pushbutton start needs no extra relays. The box is 7-3/4 inch by 5 inch by 2-1/2 inch in powder coated satin black; so it fits under the dash or under the seat. Choose the wire length version to match where you put it.

  • Relays live in the box - small tidy switches can run every high current circuit instead of heavy duty ones buried under the dash.
  • 23 circuits and 18 fuses - enough to wire the whole truck without a second panel bolted alongside.
  • 100 amps continuous - about twice what most street builds ever draw.
  • Fan relay already there - 40 amps with a thermostatic input; no separate fan controller to buy and hide.
  • Pushbutton start ready - no extra relays and no invented wiring to make it work.
  • Reverse battery protected - one cable on backwards does not cost you the panel.

Compatibility

The Coupe-23 kit is available in both a standard and long version, depending on where the Power Center is mounted. Under the dash is considered the standard location and for these applications the Standard Wire Length version should be long enough. The Long Wire Length version is recommended when the Power Center is to be mounted anywhere else in the car (under the front seat, in the trunk, etc). Longer wires may also be necessary when special routing is required for concealment (for example, through frame rails). Select the appropriate version for your application when placing your order.
