Billet Aluminum Door Cups - 1968-77 Ford Bronco
Billet aluminum. Right where your hand lands.
The door cup is the one interior part you touch every single time you get in. On most first generation Broncos it is also the part that looks the worst; scratched; painted over and worn through from forty years of thumbs.
These are CNC milled from billet aluminum in house at Fat Fender Garage. The radius is cut; not stamped; so the edge stays sharp and the surface stays flat.
Polished catches light against a dark door panel. Black Cerakote disappears into one and lets the handle do the talking. Installation hardware comes with the set.
It is a small part. It is also the first thing anybody touches in your truck.
- CNC milled from billet - the radius is cut rather than stamped so the edge stays crisp instead of rolling over.
- Two finishes that do different jobs - polished lifts off a dark panel; black Cerakote sinks into one.
- Hardware included - installation hardware ships with the set so the job does not stall at the parts store.
- Built in house - designed and machined by Fat Fender Garage for the first generation Bronco door.
- The part you touch every trip - a worn door cup undoes a finished interior faster than anything else in the cab.
