Both openings. One kit. Adhesive is on you. A door seal is the largest single piece of rubber on the truck and the one that fails quietly. It compresses less every year until one day the door needs a shove; the highway gets loud; and a rain storm leaves a stripe down the inside of the kick panel. Two seals here - one per opening; body mounted with weatherstrip adhesive the way Ford did it. Ozone resistant EPDM in the factory section; the corners are where the original always split and the corners are what this part gets right. Check the years on the application list before you order. F-100 and F-150 coverage starts at 1975 on this listing even though the title reads 1973-1979. Buy the adhesive at the same time. It is not in the box and the job stops without it.
