Tucked Bumper Bracket | 1964-79 Ford Styleside
Steel brackets. Your bumper where you want it. A factory rear bumper hangs out behind the bed like it is apologizing for the truck. Tuck it and the whole back end tightens up; the gap closes and the bed line carries straight through to the bumper face. These brackets bolt to the frame through the factory holes; so nothing gets drilled and nothing gets cut. From there you choose: leave the bumper in the stock spot; or bring it forward and up until it sits close. 3/16 inch steel; epoxy primed before it ships. That primer is the detail you appreciate two winters in when the brackets under your truck still look like parts instead of scale. Run the outside supports if you want the extra strength. Leave them off if you want nothing visible under the bumper but air.

This bracket set is made from 3/16″ steel and comes epoxy primed. It is designed to mount to the frame using the factory holes, and allows for a stock bumper location, or tuck the bumper in closer to the truck by bringing it forward and raising it.
It’s simple design makes it a breeze to install. You can choose to mount your bumper while eliminating the outside supports, or choose to add the outside supports for added strength.
