Endo-VT Air Tank

The valves are inside the tank. Look under most air ride builds and you find a tank; a manifold bolted near it and a knot of line and wire connecting the two. It works. It also takes up the space and it is the first thing anyone sees when the bed cover comes off. The ENDO-VT puts the valves in the tank. One machined aluminum body; ports cut into the solid material and flush with the outside; nothing bolted to the side of it. What you see is a tank; what you get is tank and manifold in one. The valves are Accuair's next generation - VFC variable flow control so a corner can be metered rather than simply opened; and DOT approved FFPTC fittings that are fully filtered and rebuildable rather than replaced. The whole thing is bolted rather than welded. Machined aluminum components; ultra high strength hardware; no seam to weep and no steel to rust from the inside where you cannot see it. Five gallon at 29.312 inch long or three gallon at 18.312 inch. Both 6.625 inch across. Measure the space before you choose.

  • Tank and manifold in one body - the cleanest install in the ENDO line because there is nothing bolted alongside it.
  • VFC variable flow control - a corner can be metered instead of switched fully open.
  • Rebuildable FFPTC fittings - DOT approved; fully filtered and serviceable rather than disposable.
  • No welds to weep - ports are machined into solid aluminum and the end caps bolt on.
  • Aluminum instead of steel - the inside of a tank is the surface you never inspect; this one does not rust.
  • Two sizes; same diameter - 29.312 inch or 18.312 inch long at 6.625 inch across.

Every good air suspension kit should have a high quality air tank to store the air produced by the air pumps. Most air tanks on the market are going to require you to run valves externally, meaning you will have more to deal with during install and more plumbing that will be visible. Our patented ENDO-VT™ valve integrated air tank provides a cleaner install by having the valves integrated into the air tank. This allows for quicker installs and an overall nicer presentation in your trunk, truck bed, or anywhere else you choose to mount your tank. The ENDO-VT also represents AccuAir’s next generation of solenoid valve technology that includes VFC™ (variable flow control) in addition to D.O.T. approved fully filtered and rebuildable FFPTC (fully-filtered push-to-connect) fittings.

About ENDO Tanks

AccuAir’s ENDO-Tank product line is the result of years of engineering accomplishments and represents the largest leap forward in air tank technology for 100 years. The system allows tanks to be built modularly with all precision machined aluminum components and with a bolted construction. As a result, these tanks are weld-free and leak-free. Ports are machined directly into the solid aluminum body and are flush with the outside of the tank. Modular construction allows the end-caps to be removed allowing for never before imagined feature combinations to go inside the tank. These tanks are offered in raw aluminum.

What Size Tank Do I Need For Air Suspension?

One of the most common questions surrounding air suspension air tanks is “what size tank do I need for my air suspension kit?” Most air suspension systems are going to utilize a 3 gallon or 5 gallon air tank. The size you will need will depend on how often you plan on using your air suspension and the type/quantity of air compressor you are using. If you plan on airing out every chance you get, you may want to get a 5 gallon tank to store more air for quicker operation. Our ENDO tanks are offered in 3 gallon and 5 gallon options.

The 5 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 29.312" Height: 6.625" Diameter: 6.625"

The 3 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 18.312" Height: 6.625" Diameter: 6.625"
