Door Weatherstrip Seal, Left or Right Hand | Ford 1973-1979

The seal the door closes against. This is the main cab seal on a dentside - it glues to the body around the door opening and it is the last thing between you and the weather. Flat and hard means a door that bangs; a sill that stays wet and road noise you have stopped noticing because it has been there for years. Ozone resistant EPDM; built to sit on the body flange where the original one sat. The door shuts with a thump again and stays shut against the seal instead of the latch alone. Weatherstrip adhesive glue is required and is not included. Single piece; either side. Two doors take two.

  • Door shuts like it should - a live seal gives you the thump instead of the bang.
  • Sill stays dry - the main cab seal is where water gets into a dentside floor.
  • Ozone resistant EPDM - the bulb stays standing after the summers that flattened the original.
  • Either side - one part number covers driver or passenger.
  • Correct profile - shaped for the body flange rather than trimmed from bulk stock.
