There's a moment in every restoration where the details start to matter as much as the build itself. The interior is coming together. The cab feels right. And then you look at the seat belt — and it's wrong. Too modern. Too generic. A piece of safety hardware that belongs in a rental car, not a truck you've poured yourself into.

The FFG 3-Point B-Pillar Retractor Seat Belt is built specifically for 1973–1979 Ford F100 and F150 standard cab pickups running bench seat configurations. It's not a universal belt trimmed to fit. Every dimension, every mount point, every hardware choice was made with your truck's cab geometry and interior character in mind.

The B-pillar retractor mount is the centerpiece of that thinking. Bench seats and cab pillars have their own geometry, and hardware that doesn't account for that creates problems — awkward belt angles, mounting points that don't land right, hardware that fights the install. Mounting the retractor on the B-pillar keeps it up and out of the way and lets the shoulder belt feed from the pillar, so everything mounts where it should and works the way it should from day one.

The floppy buckle keeps things practical — it moves naturally, reaches easily, and doesn't fight you every time you climb in and out.

The hardware is clean and understated. The best components in a restoration are the ones that look like they belong.

Everything you need to complete the install comes in the box. Full hardware kit included. If you can handle basic hand tools and a drill, you can handle this install.

This is safety hardware that takes your build seriously — because you do.
