FFG Coyote Swap Motor Mount Kit | 1988-96 Ford OBS Truck & Bronco
FFG is excited to offer a new Coyote Swap Motor Mount Kit for 1988-96 Ford OBS Trucks and Broncos. This kit is designed to install a 2011-2021 Coyote Engine into your 1988-96 F150 Truck or Bronco using the factory suspension and power steering box.
No cross-member is required for 2WD because the transmission lands on the original crossmember. 4WD will require the crossmember provided.
4WD crossmember will fit with OEM transfer case - can fit aftermarket transfer case with some modification.

- New assembly hardware, motor mount bushings, and instructions included.
- Engine is designed to sit in the factory location providing space for the power steering box.
- Additional cutting and welding will be required.
- Ships in raw steel, ready for paint or powder coat.
UPDATE: This kit has been reported to work in 1980-1987 trucks as well. At this time, we can only verify the fit for 1988-1996.

Nicely done and clean product great option for coyote swaps
While I do not yet have the engine fitted, the installation of the cross member sections went well. The task of whittling down the crossmember to fit the pieces proved easy, and the fit of the parts against the frame rails and cross member gave me confidence I have it right.

The kit had amazing quality the welds look great and it came with all the hardware and piece’s. The only thing was that it didn’t come with any directions so it had been a little challenging to make fit. I have been using the pictures posted under the kit and pictures of the other reviews to help me.

This kit was surprisingly easy to install and get the engine centered. My only complaint with this kit is I wish they gave you reference marks or measurements for the engine subframe cutting and fitting. Took a few tries installing the engine and measuring to get it centered and position. Once welding in it fit great, nice kit. Fat Fender please improve your instructions for this kit or do a video install. If instructions and reference marks for the weld in sub frame braces had been available, I would have given 5 stars. Quality kit!!!! Used the MMR oil filter relocate, no stock adapter housing will work. Used factory Alternator and AC compressor for the F150 (15-17). I also can confirm that FACTORY GEN 1 F150 MANIFOLDS will fit and clear for this kit.
