Fuel Sending Unit

One sender. Four gauges. Any tank between five and twenty five inches. Fuel gauge accuracy comes down to two numbers and most people only learn that after the needle lies to them on a back road. Here is the whole thing: the first number is what the sender reads empty; the second is what it reads full. 0-90 means 0 ohms with the tank dry and 90 ohms with it brimmed. Your gauge was built expecting one specific pair; give it a different pair and it will read backwards or stick. So we stock four. 0-90; 75-10; 0-30 and 240-33. Aftermarket gauges usually want 0-90; stock gauges usually want 75-10; the others cover the clusters that do not. Underneath they are the same unit. SAE 5 bolt pattern; 10-32 stainless screws; Buna-N gasket and an adjustable depth reader that handles tanks from 5 to 25 inches. Pick the range that matches your gauge; set the depth to your tank; and stop guessing at how much fuel you have.

  • Four ranges; one part - 0-90; 75-10; 0-30 and 240-33 so the sender matches the gauge you already own.
  • Adjustable 5 to 25 inch - set the depth reader to your tank instead of buying a tank specific unit.
  • SAE 5 bolt pattern - the common flange; it drops onto most aftermarket and custom tanks.
  • Stainless screws and Buna-N gasket - the sealing hardware comes with it; nothing to source.
  • Plain reading convention - empty ohms first; full ohms second; no cross referencing charts.

Fuel Sending Unit | SAE 5-Bolt Pattern | Adjustable 5-25" Depth

Get accurate fuel readings every time with sending units engineered to work with any tank setup - whether you're building fresh or upgrading what's already under your classic.

We've got you covered with four different sending units that deliver reliable performance across the board. Every unit features the same quality foundation: SAE 5-bolt pattern, 10-32 stainless steel screws, Buna-N gasket, and an adjustable depth reader that handles tanks from 5 to 25 inches deep.

Reading the Numbers:

The first number = empty OHM reading
The second number = full OHM reading

So when you see 0-90 OHM, you're looking at 0 OHMs when empty, 90 OHMs when full. Straightforward specs that take the guesswork out of matching your gauge to your tank.
