Custom A/C on a Classic Truck

Routing A/C on a classic truck or engine swap means tracking down the right fittings, hose, bulkhead hardware, and sealing components — usually from multiple sources, with no guarantee they work together. This kit ends that. Fat Fender Garage put it together so you don't have to piece it out.

T7 Fittings. FFG Engineering. One Box.

Every hose end fitting in this kit is precision-machined T7 aluminum — the same fittings used in professional custom A/C builds. They connect your barrier A/C hose to standard Female O-Ring (FOR) ports on your compressor, condenser, evaporator, and receiver/drier with secure, leak-resistant connections built to last.

Multiple bend angles — straight, 30°, 45°, and 90° — give you the flexibility to route hoses cleanly through a tight engine bay without forcing awkward bends that wear out over time.

Through the Firewall. Done Right.

The bulkhead adapters and double bulkhead plate kit give you a proper sealed pass-through at the firewall. Clean on both sides. Locked down. Serviceable when you need it.

Built by FFG. Built for Your Build.

This kit was put together by the same team that builds complete trucks from the ground up. It reflects the same standard — no cutting corners, no missing hardware, no sourcing headaches. Whether you're running a shop or building in your own garage, this is how clean A/C work gets done on a classic truck.

*Important: Proper assembly requires a hose cutter, crimp tool, torque wrench, and leak-check equipment. Refrigerant handling must be performed by a certified technician. Follow manufacturer crimp specs and O-ring installation instructions for a leak-free result.
