Pre-Cut Carpet Kit for the 1967–72 Ford F100 & F250

The FFG Pre-Cut Carpet Kit is the first pre-cut carpet kit on the market built specifically for the 1967–72 Ford F100 and F250. Instead of one molded piece that has to line up everywhere at once, this kit uses seven individually cut pieces, each patterned for its own section of the floor. The result is a bumpside Ford truck floor that lays flat, fits tight and looks professionally installed.

Why One-Piece Molded Carpet Falls Short

If you've installed a molded carpet in a 1967–72 F100 or F250, you know how it goes. When one area doesn't line up, the whole carpet shifts. Footwells sag, the transmission hump wrinkles, and the carpet comes up short at the firewall. Builders end up trimming, stretching and fighting it, and plenty pull it back out.

A 7-Piece Design That Fits Section by Section

Every piece is cut in the Fat Fender Garage shop from the same patterns we use for our Signature Interior Kits and complete truck builds. Because each section fits on its own, you install the floor one area at a time and get a clean, tight fit from firewall to back wall, with no bunching and no gaps.

• 1 jute underlayment pad for sound and heat insulation and a solid feel underfoot
• Matching square weave floor mats, so the finished floor looks like one cohesive piece

Carpet adhesive is not included. Have it on hand before you start.

Apex ultra square weave gives your cab a sharp, finished look and holds up to years of real driving. Choose from Brown, Black, Burgundy, Tan, Forest Green, Shale or Blue to match the rest of your interior.

Install It Yourself

Rated a moderate install, this kit is built for your driveway, not an upholstery shop. Clean the floor, lay the jute pad, dry fit each piece, then glue it down working from the center of the cab outward. A utility knife, tape measure and basic hand tools are all you need.

Fitment

Fits 1967–1972 Ford F100 and F250 2WD standard cab trucks with a stock floor pan and factory transmission tunnel. It will not fit 4WD trucks with the high tunnel or trucks with a modified or raised tunnel. Not sure about your build? Contact the FFG team before ordering.

This kit is built for 1967–72 Ford F100 and F250 2WD trucks with a stock floor pan and factory transmission tunnel. The 7-piece pre-cut design is patterned specifically around the geometry of this generation's floor — which is exactly what makes it fit right.

It will not fit the following configurations:

• 4WD trucks with the high transmission tunnel
• Trucks with a modified or raised transmission tunnel for lowered applications
