FFG Billet Mirrors
Billet aluminum. Built to be seen. Stamped steel mirrors pit; the arms loosen and the glass starts to buzz at highway speed. These are CNC-machined in-house from solid aluminum billet; which is a longer way of saying the arm does not flex and the head stays where you set it. Three finishes; three different statements. Brushed is the satin one that disappears into a clean build. Polished throws light and asks for attention. Black Cerakote is the one that shrugs off rock chips and door dings. The kit is complete: mirror pair; the door brace that spreads the load into the sheet metal; the gasket that keeps water out and the stainless hardware to hold it all together. That brace matters. A mirror bolted to a single skin of 60-year-old steel eventually tears it. One thing to check before ordering. On a 1967-72 Ford truck this bolts to the factory holes with no drilling. On anything else you will be drilling your own; and holes in a painted door are permanent.
