Glassrun Post Reliner, Left/Right - For Models With Metal Framed Door Glass | Chevy 1955-63
Mohair felt. Two pieces. The division bar. The division bar is the upright between the vent and the door glass; and the felt lining it is what the glass slides against every time the window goes up. Once that felt packs down the glass wanders; the door hums at speed and you get a scratch line up the pane. This kit re-lines the bar on both sides. Real mohair felt on a perforated tape backing - the perforations are what let the adhesive grip through to the felt instead of just sitting on the tape. Mohair is what the factory used and it is still the right answer. It is dense enough to guide glass and soft enough not to mark it; nylon pile does neither as well. It is a small part that quietly decides whether your door glass runs straight or fights you all the way up.
