They got it right in 1953. Then they left the dash alone. The 1953-55 F100 is one of the best shapes Ford ever drew. The trapezoid instrument opening in the middle of it has been a problem for builders ever since. This system solves the whole thing in one box. A chromed bezel machined from 6061 aluminum fills the opening properly; six analog instruments and twin LCD message centers fill the bezel. Fully lit needles and backlit faces; micro-controlled stepper motors and solid state senders behind them. What you see is bright and what it tells you is accurate. Black Alloy; Carbon Look or Silver Alloy with blue; red or white lighting. Bezel included; no fabrication; no filler panel; no compromise.
