FFG Returnless Style Fuel Line System
Modern fueling for modern swaps. At Fat Fender Garage, this is the fuel system we run on every Coyote swap application because it’s the most reliable, efficient, and OEM-correct way to power today’s engines.
Our Returnless Style Fuel Line System uses the same technology found in late-model Mustangs, Camaros, and GT500s. Instead of a regulator and return loop, it runs a single line from the fuel pump to the Coyote fuel rail, with pressure precisely controlled by a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) controller - Click Here.
The PWM system constantly monitors fuel pressure (set once at 58 PSI) and adjusts pump voltage automatically — keeping pressure rock-steady, reducing heat, lowering pump duty cycle, and extending pump life. The result: a cleaner, simpler, and more efficient install with fewer fittings, fewer leak points, and OEM-level reliability.
Kit Includes:
- Aeromotive EFI regulator
- Aeromotive fuel pressure gauge
- AN-06 EFI fuel filter (serviceable, replaceable element)
- Black braided soft fuel line (sold per foot)
- Full-flow AN-06 fittings (straight & 90° swivel)
- Quick-connect adapters for Gen 1–3 Coyote fuel rails
