Beltline Molding Kit 4pc L&R | Ford 1973-79

Four pieces. Both doors. Inside and out. Beltline moldings are the strips that wipe the door glass as it goes up and down. Nobody notices them until they are gone; then the glass comes up wet on the inside and the door skin fills with water it cannot drain. This kit does both doors properly - inner and outer on each side; four pieces total; ozone resistant EPDM rubber cut to the original section. The felt does not just squeegee the glass. It holds the glass steady in the opening; a truck with dead beltlines rattles on every expansion joint. Do them with the door panels already off. If you are in there for a glass run or a window regulator this is the ten minute job that makes the whole door feel new. Built for the 1973-1979 cab including crew cabs and the 1978-1979 Bronco.

  • Both doors done - four pieces covers inner and outer on the left and right instead of one side at a time.
  • Dry door skins - the outer molding wipes the glass so water goes down the outside and not into the door.
  • Kills the glass rattle - fresh felt holds the door glass firm over rough pavement.
  • Ozone resistant EPDM - the original went hard and stopped touching the glass; this compound stays live.
  • Ten minutes per door - with the panel already off it is the cheapest improvement in the door.
