Rear Window Weatherstrip Seal, Without Trim Groove | Ford 1956

Wrap around glass. Plain black. One seal. The big rear window is the reason a 1956 cab looks the way it does; it is also the reason a 1956 cab rots behind the seat. Water tracks the bottom curve and sits in the seam where the floor meets the back panel. This is the no groove seal for the large wrap around glass. Ozone resistant EPDM off the original specs so the curve holds its shape in the corners instead of pulling flat. Two rear glass styles share this year. Wrap around takes this seal; flat glass takes WBL D1103. Look at the truck; not the calendar. Rope it in on the bench with the glass and the back of the cab is finished.

  • Protects the back panel seam - that is where rear glass water collects and where it stays.
  • OE depth - the glass sits flush so the big window reads as one line across the cab.
