Four pieces. Both doors. Front vent assemblies. The 1967-1972 front vent window is two seals per side once you have the assembly on the bench - and there is no sense doing one and leaving the other. That is what the four piece kit is for. Both doors; every seal in the vent assembly; one part number. Ozone resistant material built to the original specifications so each piece seats in the factory channel without packing or sealant. The vent window is where wind noise starts and where water gets into a door. Fix both sides at once and the cab goes quiet in a way you notice on the first highway run. If your truck is a Suburban and it is the rear door fixed vents leaking you want the 2 piece kit instead.
