1948-52 Ford F-1 Coyote Swap Radiator - Single Brushless Fan
Hand built aluminum. Brushless fans. Cut for an F-1 nose. A Coyote makes heat a flathead never did; and the 1948-52 core support opening did not grow to meet it. Drop a modern V8 in front of a stock radiator and you learn that in traffic on the first warm day. This one is welded from aluminum by people who do it for a living; two rows of 1.25 inch tubes and a non integrated fan shroud so the fans mount where the core wants them. Brushless Spal fans are the modern answer; less current draw; less brush wear and a longer service life than the brushed fans they replace. A 16lb polished dome billet cap comes with it because the detail under the hood matters on a truck this visible. The brushless fans need their own wiring kit; a 195 degree sensor; a sensor harness and a pigtail harness. It is offered on this listing as an option. Ports or no ports is the other choice. Pick ports if you are plumbing a transmission cooler or a heater circuit through the tank.
