1953-56 F100 Coyote Swap Radiator - High Performance Fans

Brushed fans. Honest cooling. Less money in the core support. Not every build needs brushless. A carbon brushed SPAL pair moves serious air and has been doing it in these trucks for years; spend the difference on the rest of the swap. This is the 1953-56 F100 core - two rows of 1 inch tubes in hand TIG welded aluminum with a non integrated shroud so you can set fan to pulley clearance at mock up. It is built by people who weld for a living. That shows in the tank seams and the shroud fit; not in a spec sheet. The polished dome style 16 lb billet cap comes with it. Small thing; you see it every time the hood comes up.

  • Cut for the 1953-56 opening - drawn for this core support rather than trimmed to fit.
  • Two rows of 1 inch tubes - real coolant volume behind a swapped V8.
  • SPAL high performance fans - proven carbon brushed fans at a lower cost than brushless.
  • Hand TIG welded aluminum - built by fabricators; the seams show it.
  • Billet cap included - polished dome style 16 lb cap with every radiator.

Install Level: Moderate

A transmission cooling kit is recommended behind an automatic transmission and is sold separately.
High performance fans are carbon brushed. The brushless version is a separate listing.
Built to order.

Details

  • Dual Spal High Performance Fans
  • Non Integrated Fan Shroud
  • Two Rows of 1" Tubes
  • Aluminum
  • 16lb Billet Radiator Cap

Ports: Our radiators come with either two ports or no ports. You can use a radiator with or without ports in any transmission. However, we recommend both radiators use a transmission cooling kit if they are being used in an automatic transmission.

Transmission Cooling Kit: We recommend a transmission cooling kit with all radiators if they are being used in an automatic transmission. Transmission cooling kits help automatic transmissions stay cooler, and keep the transmission temperature the same as the radiator temperature. Add one to your radiator purchase on this page OR if you would like to know more about our T-cool kits, FFG Coyote/Godzilla Swap Transmission Cooler Port Kit

High Performance vs Brushless Fans: High Performance fans are carbon brushed fans and are a great choice for your classic Ford Truck and have great technical performance. Our Brushless fans are more modern and efficient than their brushed counterparts, and tend to have longer lifespans. We offer both options so you can get exactly what you need for your builds.
