3-4" LIFT:
10" Coilovers, fits 35" TIRES
The 10” coilover package strikes the perfect balance between aggressive stance and real-world usability. With a 3–4” lift over stock ride height and clearance for up to 35” tires, this setup delivers a noticeably more commanding appearance while maintaining excellent road manners and everyday drivability.
Available with standard Locked Offroad coilovers or upgrade to ICON Active Suspension with six electronically adjustable ride modes, allowing you to fine-tune the suspension from performance-focused firmness to smooth highway comfort directly from your phone.
5-6" LIFT:
12" Coilovers, fits 37" TIRES
Built for customers wanting maximum presence and capability, our 12” coilover package delivers a bold 5–6” lift over stock ride height and is engineered around up to 37” tires. This configuration creates a true full-size performance truck stance while still prioritizing drivability, suspension geometry, and long-term reliability.
Available with standard Locked Offroad coilovers or upgrade to ICON Active Suspension featuring six selectable ride modes, giving you the ability to transition from firm, performance-oriented handling to a softer, more refined ride directly from your phone.

We require a 50% deposit to get started, and the remaining 50% once the chassis is complete. If FFG is providing a drivetrain, that payment can be staggered up to 30 days after deposit is received.
While we do not provide shipping, we are happy to help facilitate pick up/travel and put you in touch with the right transport company.

Most chassis packages range from $30,000–$75,000+, depending on suspension, drivetrain, and options.

1980s–1990s Ford OBS platforms are not currently offered, but are under active consideration for future development.
Varies depending on options, however the average chassis takes 20 weeks in production, and 4 weeks for final assembly. (Depending on powdercoat, drivetrain, brake/fuel lines, etc.)
Absolutely, the cab mounts on the chassis are in the same location as factory. They are fully bolt-on, incase your cab isn't square and the mounts need to be adjusted for perfect fitment.
We have options for 56" and 60" rear axles (2WD), depending on the wheels/tires you would like to use. For 4WD packages, we typically use a 66" front & rear axle.
We currently have 3 different ride height options for our 2WD frames, and 2 different ride height options for our 4WD frames:
2WD:
- Level 1 (Coilovers) : 1-2" drop from stock ride height
- Level 2 (Coilovers): 4-6" drop from stock ride height (requires bed modifications)
- Level 3 (Airbags): Lays frame (requires bed modifications)
4WD:
- 10" Coilovers: 3-4" lift from stock ride height
- 12" Coilovers: 5-6" lift from stock ride height
Absolutely, our frames are designed for daily driving/highway cruising as opposed to track racing, etc.
We standardly use the 5.0 Coyote (Ford), 7.3L Godzilla (Ford), LS3 (Chevy), and LT4 (Chevy). Any other drivetrain will be handled as a case-by-case basis, unless we have any historical data available.
They are adjustable 1-2" coilovers, rated to 900 lbs.
We typically use Magnaflow for our 5.0 Coyote builds, but have several options available.
You bet, both the frame and drivetrain are covered by manufacturer warranty, and FFG labor warranty.
We typically use a 3.75" pulley when using a 3.0L Whipple Supercharger, but have more options available based on application.
Our 4WD chassis typically provide a 4-6" lift from factory ride height, depending on wheel/tire selections.
You bet, we are able to sell our 2WD chassis packages without brakes or suspension, although it is recommended they are sourced from FFG for the best compatibility.
