If you're running a Coyote, Godzilla, or Megazilla swap — or building a truck with a lowered stance, modified inner fenders, or a custom firewall — those kits make you choose between a clean build and a functional one. Lines run down the fender. Exposed hoses get in the way of your feet. Routing becomes a compromise. The install looks makeshift, not engineered.

The FFG Vintage Air AC and Heater Kit was built to solve all of that.

This is the only Vintage Air climate control solution purpose-built for the 1967–1972 Ford truck platform across all major engine configurations. Hidden hose routing keeps your cab and engine bay clean. No A/C lines down the fender. No exposed adaptations. The system fits your build the way it should have from the factory.

Fully Configurable

This kit is built around your choices:

  • AC Controls and Bezel — Standard (1967), Machined billet (1968–72), or Polished billet (1968–72). Required selection at checkout.
  • AC Hose Kit — Choose the Custom Tailored kit: CNC-machined, black anodized, corrosion-resistant fittings that include everything you need to complete your installation. Or select the universal EZ Clip kit for basic fittings (will require additional fittings for full installation).
  • Heater Hose Kit — Custom Tailored option available.
  • FFG Electronics Mounting Plate — Required if you're running an FFG wire harness. Not needed for all builds.
  • FFG AC Valance — Sold separately. Required to complete your interior vent presentation. Four finish options available.

Firewall drilling templates are included for accurate, clean, and permanent placement. Bring a drill, drill bits, and hose clamp tools — the kit handles the rest.
