Pro-Billet Distributor, Black Anodized, Small Cap, Steel Gear — Ford 289-302
Let the ignition disappear. Keep the roller cam protected. Not every build wants chrome and red caps. This one is black anodized so the hardware blends into a finished engine bay instead of pulling your eye to it. Underneath the finish it solves the Ford gear problem outright - no pressed-fit swap; no cross-drilling the shaft; no gear-height setup on the bench. The steel gear is Melonized QPQ coated; installed; and matched to hydraulic roller cams. The hardware is standard Pro-Billet: CNC machined billet housing and base; QPQ-coated shaft on a sealed ball bearing; advance plate and weights fine blanked from chrome moly steel.
Install Level: Intermediate - distributor swap; timing must be set

A flat tappet cam needs a different gear material, so check your cam card first.
