FFG Return Style Fuel Line System
The tried-and-true fueling solution. Our Return Style Fuel Line System is a complete kit designed for builders who prefer a traditional setup with a regulator and return loop. Fuel runs from the pump into the regulator (preset around 55–58 PSI) and any excess pressure is returned back to the tank — keeping your engine protected and your system balanced.
This is the system most builders are familiar with, and it’s a great choice for those running turbo or supercharged applications, where holding fuel at the rail under boost is critical. While it’s a more conventional setup, it requires occasional adjustment and filter maintenance to keep pressure consistent.
Kit Includes:
- 25’ of AN-06 braided soft fuel line
- Aeromotive EFI regulator
- Aeromotive liquid-filled fuel pressure gauge
- EFI in-line fuel filter (serviceable design with replaceable element)
- AN-06 fittings and adapters (straight, 90° swivel, quick connect)
- O-ring fittings for tank and regulator
- Rubber insulated loom clamps for frame rail mounting
