Tailgate Hinge Spacers - 1953-56 F100

We have always had issues when it came to lining up tailgates to bedsides on 53-56 Ford trucks. So, we decided to do something about it! These spacers are laser cut from 1/8" thick aluminum. They install neatly behind the factory tailgate hinges. This pushes the bottom of the tailgate out enough to achieve a straight line between the tailgate and the ends of the bedsides from top to bottom. No more hunting around for strange shims or stacking washers to get your tailgate to line up correctly. Sold in pairs.
