OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

SPONSOR: Fat Fender Garage ("Sponsor"), located in Gilbert, Arizona, is the official sponsor of the “Interior of Your Dreams Giveaway”.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Participants must own or possess an eligible vehicle: a Ford truck (model years 1948–1997), a Ford Bronco (model years 1966–1979), or a Chevrolet truck (model years 1947–1987). Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Fat Fender Garage, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Residents of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, New Mexico, Nevada, Iowa, Mississippi, West Virginia, New York, Vermont, Michigan, or Maine are not eligible to receive the garage interior prize portion but remain eligible for the vehicle interior prize.

CONTEST PERIOD: Begins on May 21, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on June 15, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (the “Contest Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, eligible participants must submit their entry through the official Fat Fender Garage website. Entries must include:

● A photo of their qualifying truck or Bronco

● A photo of their garage

● An essay describing why their vehicle deserves a new interior and why they should receive a garage overhaul

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be original and not violate any third-party rights. Entries deemed inappropriate, obscene, or unlawful will be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION: 5 finalists will be selected based on creativity, originality, and emotional impact by a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor. The finalists will be notified on or around June 16, 2025, via phone. The public will then vote for their favorite finalists on the Fat Fender Garage website, fatfender.com. Voting will close at 6 p.m. Pacific on June 22, 2025. The winner will be contacted the following day. The winner must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be forfeited. Verification of eligibility, including proof of vehicle ownership, valid driver's license, and completion of necessary tax documents, will be required.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive custom interior parts for their qualifying vehicle and a garage interior upgrade from Garage Experts (subject to eligibility as stated above).

The custom interior parts are leather, thread and carpet from Apex Leather up to $2000; full set color seatbelt from Seatbelt Planet up to $800; steering column from Flaming River up to $1200; bench seat from Snowden Seats up to $900; AC system from Restomod Air up to $3000; sound-end from SoundShield up to $600; steering wheel, hub adapter and hub sleeve from Sparc Industries up to $495; labor to assemble interior kit, along with materials and labor for sun visor, headliner, along with shipping crate and cost of shipping from Fat Fender Garage up to $12,000. The details of the garage interior upgrade from Garage Experts includes up to 500 sqft of the GarageFX flooring system for up to $3000 and custom cabinets up to $7000.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $31,050. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and any other expenses related to prize acceptance and use.

The value of the Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of a Prize is lower than the stated ARV when a Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded.

All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Winner. The Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize offered in the Contest, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

PUBLICITY & USAGE: By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their submissions for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest for reasons beyond its control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or engages in fraudulent activities.

This Contest is governed by the laws of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: For the Winners List or Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 60 days after the Contest end date to: Fat Fender Garage, Attn: “Interior of Your Dreams Giveaway,” 4160 E Warner Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE: This Contest is compliant with Arizona Department of Gaming regulations. Winners may be required to provide IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, or Released Parties, and Social Media Platforms from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of the Grand Prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. For New Jersey Residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute. Except as expressly provided above, IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Contest or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Contest is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control.

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES, AND ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Arizona as having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
